What is the Best Way to Make Gold With Professions in Cataclysm?

So I know that all the options in this poll aren't all the ways to make gold and really, they might not even be close to the best ways to make gold in the expansion, but they are pretty diversified. Lately, I've been making a lot of ton, well a ton of gold compared to what I was before Cataclysm, by selling the fish that I've been fishing up. Being lazy I guess, I've mainly just been selling the fish straight up and not cooking them up.

I've noticed a lot of the items I normally buy like glyphs, food, pots, etc are pretty expensive compared to what they used to be. This doesn't surprise me at all but it does make me think about the fact that even though I may be making a ton of gold now compared to while Wrath was still out, everything costs so much more!
