I raid with this build its a frost mage dps build.

Stats = Run with Molten Armor you need to get your crit to 33.5% or as close as you can
Mastery would be your next stat.

Rotation is priority based deep freeze on cooldown icelance when you can and then use frostfire when you have FF up.
