Atonement/Greater Heal Disc

This build is uses Greater Heal and Prayer of Healing with Inner Focus on CD (which is reduced by Train of Thought) to heal with the efficency of Heal but far greater throughput.
When the maximum throughput isn't needed it uses Smite to heal with Atonement and Peneance. Keep Evangelism up for reduced mana costs on those two spells and the option to use Archangle for when massive healing with Greater Heal or Prayer of Healing is needed, otherwise just keep Evangelism instead. Use other CDs as often as possible.

Use Renew to heal Groupmembers without dropping Grave from the tank/main target.
Avoid casting Heal (which isn't the same as never casting it).
