Exchange Totemic reach with
Exchange Totemic reach with ancestral swiftness, and reverberation with elemental precision. You can also take a point out of acuity or concussion to fill into elemental precision. With Mastery being an awesome stat for enhance, elemental precision is great to have even though you dont really benefit from the spirit bonus. Although i understand the logic of reverberation, if your intention is either to save a second on windshear or inflict more targets with flame shock for fire nova, but i tested with it and its only good for trash pulls, not very effective for long fights. its a question of personal preference

This would not be correct, even if movement isn't involved.
Reason being is because
A) The moment you get trash, you want to rely on your magma totem, and use fire nova frequently when seeing it fit.
B) Totemic Reach is subpar to Shamanistic rage as SR will be a raid utility in heavy aoe fights, and saving the healer a lot of mana. With it glyphed, which is not uncommon, you can even save them the mana it costs to dispell any present debuffs on you.
C) Totemic reach would only be usable if you placed your totems idiotically far away from the raid group on purpose. And if you do this, you frankly don't deserve to raid.
D) Lightning orbs, in that spec, is roughly 1.5% of your total dps. That is if you do not take damage, and rely on the proc to deal damage with an orb. Even if you only pop Fire elemental during a boss fight, and use Fire Nova for 2 min or until cancelled, those talent points should be used elsewhere.
E) In every boss fight, there is now mobility. Or at least some sort of movement. Saving 2-3 sec on avoid stuff with instant ghost wolf is an increase in raid survivability as the healers will spend less mana healing you, and more mana healing the tanks, and those who actually need it. This goes even if you're only using the passive buff given with Ancestral Swiftness.
Even apart from the fight itself, you save time only by walking up to the boss, -hitting it. This saves time equal to 1 or 2 GCDs, and is therefore a higher increase than orbs.
So no, this is absolutely not the spec for "Best Dps Output". This spec is currently not fit for anything, as talents you have chosen over worthy talents are completely rendered useless for almost any given situation.
