i decided to take Earth's Grasp instead of Convection because an ele shaman ant suppose to go oom and its nice to be able to root adds in raid boss fight's

a good way to make sure you dont go oom is to reforge all hit and crit rating to spirit if your not all ready at hit cap thx the the Elemental Precision talent then you get a lot of mp5 and hit and you mostly need hast and mastery rating any way...

I would take the two points

I would take the two points in the ghost wolf talent and put th into totemic reach. Keeps everybody in the raid under effect of your totems on more mobile fights. I would also take the points out of elemental weapons and put them into convection, less mana spent means more totems and more spells cast.
