This is my opinion on the best raid/hc build :).
There can be lots of other spec's which will work better for you and your raid/group, but i find this spec why usefull and i am very pleased to use it :D.

When it comes to the shocking, i havent really tried it to much yet, but i would rather have instant heal and instant ghost wolf than having 75% of the mana for a shock returned :) As for the 30% increased healing effect, for me it would only become overhealing.
