This spec is good for Arena and Battlegrounds. Using 'Totemic Focus' will help your totems last longer so you don't have to reset it as much e.g. Grounding Totem, it will last longer incase it is not used. Meaning you have a longer time to do heal instead of getting a Global Cooldown on using Grounding Totem. 'Totemic Reach' is pretty helpful so you have a better chance on your Magma Totem to get stealthed people out of stealth aswell as you will have more freedom around your totems with them still reaching you. 'Focused Insight' is really useful especially when you are low on mana. A really good combination to use with Greater Healing Wave is (Frost) Shock (to procc 'Focused Insight'), Unleash Elements, then Greater Healing Wave. That way you get 60% more ealing effectiveness with your biggest heal, to heal amazingly. The other talents are mainly the compulsory talents (meaning you need them) as Restoration. I use this spec for Battlegrounds and Arenas, basically everywhere.

Hey guys, I hope you like my spec for Restoration PVP. I have tried many different specs but I find this spec really works for me. As I don't use Lightning Bolt (so the 'Telluric Currents' talent is useless). Also the Earthliving Weapon proccs alot anyway (I can gurantee it proccing in 3 casts) so I can use 2 talents else where than instead of 'Blessing of the Eternals'. Apart from the 'Totemic Focus', 'Totemic Reach' and 'Focused Insight' the rest of the talents are obviously needed (in every Restoration spec, almost).
