Use Piercing Howl instead of Hamstring, this becomes very usefull with Drums of War cause Piercing Howl now cost 0 rage.

As now Warrior is more tought in 4.0.3 Blood Craze now is better in long term pvp.

Im having good results with this built ond Pubs at least. Havent tried it on Arena yet
