yes this is a bad build,
yes this is a bad build, piercing howl is not needed at all and same goes for cruelty (if you want a threat talent war academy is a much better option). 3 pts are needed in shield specialization or you could have rage issues. and i am also playing around with a build without heavy repercussions and 2 pts in impending victory for raiding with good results.
