to get these you are going to need 175 halaa battle tokens adn 35 research tokens. Nagrand is empty now and pvp battle around here are limited, so how are you going to kill 175 enemy to get the tokens?

EASY KILL YOURSELF

As some of you know or don't know in the new patch 3.0 if you complete the quest "Avast Ye, Admiral!" you will get the hat and the new title Bloodsail Admiral.
