The Ultimate Gold Guide won't work on my computer
i bought the Ultimate Gold Guide and downloaded it but when i press open by the internet a page comes up and then closes immediatley without even loading. i sent the guy an E-mail but he hasn't responded. when i open it by the other programs it is in HTML, and i dont know how to read that. any suggestions?
When you downloaded the file what format was it in? .pdf? It's possible the file format you downloaded isn't readable in an internet explorer and you need to have a separate program like Adobe Reader to open it. If tell us the file extension type we can better assist you.
