This is taking from our current blacksmithing guide if these steps do not work for you we'd love to hear what does.
251-260 10 Dense Sharpening Stones
261-275 15 Mithril Spurs
276-280 5 Thorium Bracers
281-300 20 Thorium Helms
300-315 15 Imperial Plate Boots
315-320 5 Imperial Plate Chest
320-325 5 Fel Iron Chain Tunic
325-330 5 Lesser Rune of Warding
330-340 10 Adamantite Cleaver
340-350 10 Lesser Rune of Shielding
or you can try to sub out some of the above steps for below.
Ornate Mithril helm from 261-270
Thorium Bracer, Chest, or Belt 271-275
300-310 Fel Iron Plate Gloves
310-320 Fel Iron Chain Gloves
You can get your blacksmithing to 275-350 following any of these steps as long as you have or can buy the materials in the auction house. I'd recommend you check out this guide if you don't have any gold.
