Elemental Earths = Hell

Elemental Earths = Hell

For the Jewelcrafting, getting from 200 - 225 quickly requires a sum of Elemental Earth. But the drop rate on the Elemental Earth is lower than 1% in many occasions. What is the best suggestion to acquiring this material and quickly getting it?

I have always been able to collect Elemental Earth at a fast pace just east of Kargath in the Badlands. Have you tried this area?
