lockpicking

My lockpicking skill bar only reads a max of 190. I have opened chests at the pool of tears and my lvl bar stays at 190 with no lvl up for the chests I open. How do I get the bar to increase.

Your lock picking can only go as high as 5x your level. It sounds to me like you're stuck at 190 which would mean you are level 38'ish or so. Wait until you level and then you'll be able to increase it by 5 more points per level. If you're higher than 38 and you still aren't leveling your lock picking make sure the items or doors you are opening aren't grey.
