Go to ashenvale and headeast from Astranaar, walk for quite a while, you'll see a bridge, walk a little further watching for a path to the left, when you see that take it. You should see a small village with a few Night Elf Sentinels, keep walking past, you may get attacked by wolves or spiders, be wary. Soon walking south still you should see a gate, go through it and there you are.
