Battle Grounds do not have hisotry of being very even, in the Whirlwind Battle Group Alliance loses Eye of the Storm a lot more often than it wins. When I played on Stormreaver Horde was in a similar position. Several people have been kind enough to share their opinions publicly. Some people believe there are trends about who play Horde opposed to play Alliance:
Some have suggested the battlegrounds just aren't fair:
They have even went as far as to say we are the worst!

What do you think? Why are Battlegrounds on your server weighed towards the other faction, or ares they weighed towards your faction? I'd really like to get to the bottom of this so we can solve Azeroth's great battleground injustices.

Personally I think you didn't put enough choices up there, my all time favorite scapegoat is that the Horde do not make ANY attempt to band together, make a plan, make a STAND! Getting a heal on a flag carrier is enough to make us all faint. There is a bit of truth to the young'uns, they don't get the concept of 1 mark vrs 3, all they see is their kills. Watch out though those same kids will be handing out the beat downs before you know it.
To be fair when I played the lvl 19 Alliance bgs we were STOMPED all the way back before we had cross server bgs... So, we all of course do have our opionion
