I've found that even though I've played WoW for a long time that if I don't keep up to date and raid right when a new raid encounter comes out and then try to play it a month or so after it's been out it can be very confusing as you can be "expected" to know how to do everything since the content is "old"! So if you are feeling a bit out of the loop at all for any of the Wrath instances I feel your pain
I've decided to let you in on Spugnort's Instance Guide because it contains some invaluable information for 5 man encounters and raids for Wrath. When you get the guide you'll also get info on the Outland five mans and raids but since this isn't the newest content available it's not quite as helpful. :)
Spunort's Instance Guide contains some great information for boss fights. It tells you the abilities of the bosses, the strategy to use to defeat it, and some of the loot you can get. The information is well organized and you could possibly just keep the guide open on your computer and quickly pull up the info for bosses you aren't familiar with and read it right before you play. For more complex bosses like in raids, all the different phases the bosses have are explained so you will know what to do and not get killed by something you didn't expect like fire on the ground.
I think that in addition to being useful to new players to Wrath or PvE, this guide could also be useful to someone interested in leading raids, groups, or even a guild. You can use the information to help explain fights better to other players and be a source of info!
