If you are looking for in depth instructions and directions for how to get your Wrath reputations up consider taking a look at Spugnort's Reputation Guide. While I found some old the older Outland rep info to be a bit out of date and not really needed anymore, the Wrath info which is the feature of the guide is very helpful.
You get access to basically separate in depth guides for: Hodir, Ebon Blade, Argent Crusade, Kaluak, Kirin Tor, Sholazar, and Wyrmrest reputations. For each one you will see what gear, items, mounts, recipes, etc you can get and at what reputation level. Next you will receive instructions for the starter quests of the reputation (very detailed and lengthy so that you can be sure where to go, there are even coordinates given). You will also receive explicit instructions for where to go for other quests related to the reputation including dailies.
All in all if you are just starting out in Northrend with an alt or perhaps your first character and want to get your rep up as fast as possible to take advantage of the rewards this is a good guide to get if you don't want to waste your time browsing on different sites for information. This guide contains all the information you need to get to exalted in the most effective way possible.
Spugnort's guides are nice because they will tell you exactly which patch the guides are updated for, when the guides where first made, and even let you know if certain guides aren't being maintained anymore. Definitely take a look at this guide is you are interested in getting your Wrath rep up.
