Lake Wintergrasp
Some interesting concerns were raised about Lake Wintergrasp. Blizzard Poster, Zarhym shares his enthusiasm about the zone and confirms that it is still under development and testing:
"There is still much testing to be done in this regard, Dominus. While we're not ready to delve into the more specific details about objectives and time lines for succeeding in Lake Wintergrasp, I can assure you this ambitious new world PvP zone has been given some serious thought and will undergo considerable testing to ensure it's not only successful, but enjoyable.
"For me, this new zone is probably the single-most exciting project with regards to Wrath of the Lich King content. :)"
Here is some more information about Lake Wintergrasp:
Lake Wintergrasp will be the first dedicated PvP zone in World of Warcraft featuring siege combat and multiple contested objectives.
- The Lake is located on the central west side of Northrend.
- Two types of air vehicles will be used to contest this area. Slow bombing vehicles and fast fighters.
- Five ground siege vehicles have been mentioned from multipassanger Demonlishers to single player controlled Goblin Shredders (mech warriors)
- The controller of the zone will receive Spirit Shards from Northrend bosses which will be used to purchase valuable gear.
- While fighting at Lake Wintergrasp you will receive Honor Tokens similar to those earned in Hellfire Peninsula near the PvP objectives.
Wintergrasp appears to be the biggest and most significant change to World of Warcraft to come in Wrath of the Lich King. In my opinion, this is going to change the standard for MMOs and the way their PvP elements are designed. What do you think?

I hope they can find a way
I hope they can find a way to balance the horde/alliance population on each server. The major downfall to World PvP is that on some servers they were controlled by either Horde or Alliance 95% of the time, depending on who ruled the server and didn't make for fair world PvP as there were always a surplus of the other faction to take over towers to control zones while we stand in general chat trying to even recruit a single person to help us.
