Hello and welcome to my little guide on Death Knights. This guide is for the beta of wrath of the lich king, otherwise known as just wrath, and thus bound to change. Note that as a beta guide, when wrath goes live, things are bound to change. The point of this guide is to bring all the death knight info out there and have it in one place in manageable sizes. Level 70 Skill Conversion Table

With the addition of Burning Crusade and the 10 level increase most people are confused with the new item rating system for things such as Defense Rating, Dodge Rating, Combat Ratings, and more. 1 Rating point does not equal 1 skill point or crit point as most have come to find out. So how many +rating does it take to = 1 skill point or % to crit you may ask?

Below is a conversion table for level 70. Please note that prior to level 70 ratings points are more powerful at lower levels and this is where they balance out at level 70.

WoW Mage Guide

Mages are mana wielders that deal massive range damage. They have spells like Blink, which allows them to teleport forward and Polymorph, which turns enemies into helpless sheep. Mages also have a wide array of armor spells that do everything from raise resistances and armor to block out damage completely. While mages can’t heal they are a versatile class that is a benefit to every group. They can summon food and drink, immobilize mobs, cast intellect buffs, snare mobs, remove curses, and port to major cities.

Rogues are a melee class that deal massive damage at close range. They have the ability to stealth, sneak up, and surprise their enemies. They are also masters of escaping fights when they feel that they can't win. They can use their poisons to take away their opponents range advantages over them. Rogues are a bonus to have in groups because they can pick lock doors and chests plus disarm traps.
