Paladin changes are still undergoing a lot of testing for Patch 4.0 and there won't really be a clear cut best DPS build until further testing is done, but I believe this is the one that's going to prove to be the best.

in patch 4.0.3 ret paladin not doing so much as a good dpser because of the lacks of the cool down u need to remove the Inq and make ur rotation as for now u dont have the Inq u cant put it as a best dps
