PRet pally pvp spec (prot/ret)

This is the best pally dps pvp spec i've found so far. It is ideal because you still do the same amount of damage if not a little more as you did as ret, but you have tons more survivability. Granted you do lose some burst, but you gain alot more cc, which if your an experienced pvper, the more strategic way always beats the plain all out dps. Hammer of justice with a 30 sec cd helps a ton, and Avenger shield hits like a tank and silences target.

A good 1h weapon is very important, wanna get one with an attack spped of 2.6.
Also you need to have a decent tanking shield to start out with.
Other then that, you want to wear full main peice ret pvp gear. and your accesories need to be wrathful or good pve ones. I reccomend you go with pvp until your able to get atleast item lvl 264 pve ones at least.

This spec is good for arena teams with almost any class, known ones are arms warrior, marksmen hunter, or rogue. I personally have been having amazing luck with duel pallys in this spec.

If your looking for a 3s comp, Resto druid and an Arms warrior are your best bet, but any will do.
