Combat PvE super easy rotation!

Combat with the poison talent.

Gem armor pen in every socket besides those needed for meta gem.

Rotation: Sinister strike x5 SnD - Sinister strike x5 Eviscerate (if you SnD is stil up and you have the oppertunity to build up combo points to another SnD fast) and repeat.

when abilities such as Adrenaline Rush, Blade Flurry and Killing Spree are off CD use the following:

Blade flurry - Killing Spree if there's more than one mob, at single targets use Blade flurry to increase your attack speed.

Adrenalin Rush every time it's off cd, and Eviscerate or SnD, Rupture if you feel for it.

Use your trinkets right before you use Killing Spree or Adrenaline Rush, you'll see the dps increase faster then.

main dmg will be: Whites, poison and sinister strike.

And BTW ofc change the wep specialization to the weapons you have equipped.
