Sinister Strike 5 combo -> Slice and Dice -> Sinister Strike 5 combo -> Eviscerate
Poisons:
Main Hand: Instant Poison
Off Hand: Instant Poison

And if the CD-s are down, use Blade Furry and Adrenalin Rush.
With Naxx 25 gear: 3500-4000 dps (unbuffed)
Don't forget the haste potion :)
