Enhancement arena build

Enhancement arena build giving up static shock adn improved totems for toughness. the 10% stam adn 30% slow reduce will be very helpfull. The stam for obvious reasons and the slow reduce will help u get faster withing melee range of yore enemy. static shock may be great but its efect is useles if u cant hit yore target. Olso i included elemental focus wich makes this build very mana eficient. Guardian totems is there for the reduced grounding totem cd though this talent would be greater on resto shamans due to their groundign totem cd being reduce by their armor sets its still worth the 2 pts even if you spec enha. an alternative to it would be frozen power.
