Good DPS talent if you have not enough hit rating (+3% from http://www.wowhead.com/spell=18176) but if you already on hit cap, you could spend the remained 3 talent points to http://www.wowhead.com/spell=18827and/or http://www.wowhead.com/spell=17810).

Pet let be imp or felhunter.

Spell rotation:
Curse of Elements (or other curse)
Corruption
Shadow Bolt (+5% spell critical on the enemy from talent after hit)
Immolate
Conflagrate (it won't consume the Immolate because of glyph)
Chaos Bolt
Incinerate spam until you can do Conflagrate again.

When do you want to launch Chaos Bolt or Incinerate be sure the Immolation is on the enemy already.
