WoW Talent Guides

In World of Warcraft, you can earn talent points after level 10. Talent points can be assigned to make your character have special abilities ranging from awesome skills like shadow step to freezing yourself with iceblock to protect yourself from enemies. Using the talent trees, you can personalize your character to fit your personality in World of Warcraft.

If you want to be the best at World of Warcraft, check out these guides. Be sure to check out the Almost Gaming selection for World of Warcraft guides and talent builds:

Blood Death Knight

Death Knights three talent trees are blood, frost and unholy. Blood is mainly focused around single target dps and frost and unholy more multi-mob. This guide will go through what glyphs and spec you should be using as a DPS blood death knight, what attacks you should be using and what sort of gear you should be getting.

The Spec

I use this spec 51/0/20

Hunter Raiding

Hunters are an extremely popular character choice in World of Warcraft. Hunters are masters of ranged damage and have their own pet to assist them in combat. Back in the days of Burning Crusade there was really only one hunter spec for raiding, Beast Mastery, all hunters did back then was spam a macro but things have changed. In the beginning of Wrath of the Lich King it was Beast Mastery as the main spec; because of Readiness used to reset the cooldown on Beastial Wrath. Blizzard changed it and also cut down pet damage whilst buffing the Survival and Marksmanship trees immensely.

Unholy DPS Guide

I would like to start off by saying that Death Knights are a very versatile and amazing class. Also that Death Knights are quite easy to understand in the sense of Skill Rotation and DPS during Raiding or Dungeons. Let's get started.

Hunter Builds Explained (Level 70 Focus)

Okay, I will just dive right into it. There are obviously three different builds: Beast Mastery, Marksmanship, and Survival. Each of these builds have one key variable within their trees that make the Attack Power (AP), Critical Strike Chance Rating (CR), and Agility (Agi) ratio vary. As such, I will break this down into sections below.

BEAST MASTERY

Shaman Talent Guide

The Shaman is an interesting class. Specializing in buffs via totems, both to themselves and their allies, they are a great asset to any group and are formidable opponents by themselves. The Shaman has three primary choices when it comes to talents: Spell DPS, Melee DPS, and Healing, and they are more than competent at any of these three jobs, whichever is chosen.

Warlock Talent Guide

The Warlock has arguably the most variety in the way they fulfill their one purpose. While a warlock can't really do anything besides spell DPS, they can choose to do it with powerful damage-over-time attacks, with considerable aid from their demon allies, or through overpowering nukes. All of their tactics are deadly and no Warlock, regardless of spec, should be taken lightly. How you choose to deal out death, however, is up to you.

Paladin Talent Guide

The Paladin is infamous amongst other classes for their survivability. Even untalented, simply wearing plate and having the capacity to heal yourself is not a pair of skills to be taken lightly. The Paladin can primarily fill two roles, healing and tanking, when properly talented, either paladin role can be filled with great success.

Holy Healing - 43/18/0

Hunter Talent Guide

The Hunter is unique in that they deal ranged DPS as spell casters do, but most of the damage they deal is physical in the vein of the melee classes. The combination, coupled with the most fleshed-out and powerful pets in the game, make the Hunter one of the easiest classes to level with while dealing consistent damage and keeping their opponents at bay. Played well, the trapping and kiting abilities of the Hunter make it one of the most useful classes to have anywhere.

Druid Talent Guide

The Druid is arguably the most unique class in World of Warcraft. Depending on your talent specialization, the druid can do quite literally every major job in the game: Tanking, healing, melee DPS, and spell DPS. As such, the three talent trees of the Druid are relatively self-contained to do whatever job you choose, and have some of the best talents in the game for your chosen role in each of them. Played well, the versatility of the Druid makes it an extremely difficult opponent to take down.

Mage Talent Guide

The mage is your bread-and-butter spell DPS, the baseline against which other classes are compared. There really aren't too many mage tricks: No DoTs to speak of, no pets, just nukes. Of course, the mage is also known for having the most useful crowd control spell in the game, with a couple other snares to help them keep their distance, and a few talents that do something besides direct damage... but for the most part, all of these skills exist to help the mage get into place to launch a nuke. If that sounds good to you, then the mage is your class.

Warrior Talent Guide

The warrior has fantastic potential. It can be a fearsome PvP opponent, deal impressive damage in instances, and obviously, tank anything that dares challenge them. To fulfill any of these purposes, however, you need the right spec. As you level and decide what you want to do with your warrior, these specs can help give you an idea what talents to get and which to avoid to help you get everything you want out of your warrior.

Priest Talent Guide

There are a lot of talents available to the priest, and it can be difficult trying to decide which talents to take. Considering how expensive it is to respec, it's good to have a plan for your points suited to however you want to play the game. To aid you to that end, here a few of my favorite specializations for the priest class.
