If you are somewhat political you've been following the Democratic National Convention this year and watching speakers like Bill Clinton and Barack Obama pwn the Republican Party.
Some of you may actually work, some of you may not.

So you may be out driving around lately oblivious to everything that's going on in the World like most Americans. Gas may still cost over $4 a gallon where you live, and you may pay it because you don't know any better. But if you haven't been paying attention, the price for a barrel of oil has plummetted from $145 to $115 in just over a month. Historically, and generically speaking you can expect to pay between 2.8-2.9% of the price of a barrel of oil for a gallon of gasoline.

Oil Rises to Record High due to Speculation on the Wrath of the Lich King Release
Oil Rose to near record highs Friday settling in at about $145 dollars a barrel. Some believe the cause of this is simple supply and demand, some believe it's pure futures trading speculation, but the real problem is the release of Wrath of the Lich King this year.
With the release of the new zone Lake Wintergrasp and the addition of bombing vehicles and super awesome fighter jets, speculators are predicting that the oil demand for Wrath of the Lich King will reach record high levels.
