CoT: Stratholme (80)

Culling is the 'selection' (removal and killing) of surplus animals from an animal population.

The Culling of Stratholme is a level 80 Caverns of Time instance where you must prevent the Infinite Dragonflight from altering history. You will meet up with Arthas and assist him in burning down the city and killing all its citizens and eventually find and battle Mal'Ganis. You will begin killing waves of Undead, after the first 5 waves Meathook will appear and after 5 more Salramm the Fleshcrafter will appear. On your way to the final boss, Mal'Ganis, you will have to fight the third boss, Chrono-Lord Epoch.

Bosses

Meathook

Meathook will spawn after 5 waves of Undead are dispatched. During the fight he will periodically cast Constricting Chains on targets other than the tank, be ready if your healer gets stunned. He will also use Disease Expulsion which appears to have a 10 yard radius.

Salramm the Fleshcrafter

Salramm will spawn after 5 additional waves of Undead (after Meathook) have been dispatched. During the fight he will Summon Ghouls and then Explode Ghouls. He will also use Steal Flesh which will leave a debuff weakening the target.

Chrono-Lord Epoch

The Chrono-Lord will try to stop you from reaching Mal'Ganis. He uses some area stuns along with Time Warp to reduce your damage output, making it a pain to cast spells. Epoch will also use Wound Strike which is similar to Mortal Strike.

Mal'Ganis

Mal'Ganis is the final boss in CoT: Stratholme. During this battle you have to keep Arthas alive, if he dies you will have to restart the battle. Have your tank face him away from the party, as he uses a frontal cone attack that does a good deal of damage. He will also put a random target to sleep for up to 10 seconds.
