Utgarde Pinnacle (80)
Utgarde Pinnacle is the second of the three winged Utgarde Keep located in the center of the Howling Fjord. It's a 5-man level 80 dungeon (requires level 75) It's home of Svala Sorrowgrave, Gortok Palehoof, Skadi the Ruthless and King Ymiron. There is nothing particularly difficult about this instance except perhaps Skadi may present a challenge to new players.
Quests
Both quests are located at the entrance of the instance and require level 79.

Bosses
Svala Sorrowgrave
Svala Sorrowgrave will ascend into the air sucking a player and stunning them at her throne. Three squishy mobs will spawn and until they die, Svala will remain in the air. She can be hit with ranged attacks while in the air.
Gortok Palehoof
Palehoof is precluded by 4 statues which are released 1 at a time. After the 4th statue Gortok will engage. Each boss is a tank a spank, with Gortok requiring group heals and facing him away from the group.

Skadi the Ruthless
Skadi is a modestly difficult encounter. You'll fight waves of mobs on a long platform as Skadi flys above on his dragon mount. The mobs will drop harpoons which must be picked up by a single party member and shot at Skadi when he is 'in range' (as reported on screen) Once you kill his mount, he will fall down and fight. He will uses a wondering Whirlwind ability, which will do a large amount of damage (especially on heroic mode) and should be avoided best as possible.
King Ymiron
Ymiron is, for the most part, a tank and spank fight. He will run over to the beacons and stun everyone for a moment, taking on a blessing from a spirit, and then continuing battle. He uses an ability called Bane (see King's Bane) which triggers if a caster is hit with melee damage.
