Fel Iron Muskets take 6 Handfuls of Fel Iron Bolts.

Elemental Blasting Powder is no longer a 1:1 ratio. It take 1 mote fire and 2 motes earth.

If your a gnome you can just make bullets tbh and powders more or less.. Since your getting +15 skill aumentation it means you get things way before you should from the trainer, so things that are yellow for othe races stay orange FIRST for 15 skill ups. This makes gnomes have a fantastic advantage with Engineering.

nothing in this is accurate... save yourself some time and skip this guide. the levels you are supposed to get for each step in this guide are impossible as several of these plans go gray before the level he says....

To get from about 290 to 300, its actually easier to and cheaper to make Thorium Shells than Thorium tubes.

I made Thorium widgets till 290 and then shells afterwards. Dense stone is very cheap on most servers and 2 Thor bars + 2 Dense stones is not > then 6 thor bars.

Also fel iron on my server is only about 40-50s each so once you hit 300 your pocketbook gets some time to take a breather.

Now to go blow my epic mount savings on a goblin rocket launcher...

To get from 325-335, it is best to make Fel Iron Toolboxes. They only require 10 Fel Iron Bars all up to make, whereas a Fel Iron Musket requires 15 bars and a heavy stock.

ur going to need hardened adamantite tubes for scopes so start making them at 340.

I followed this guide, only changing things using common sense, depending on the level of engineering.

Guide works great.

Elemental Blasting Powder needs:
-1 mote of fire
-2 Mote of Earth
Each time you will get 4 Elemental blasting powder

so

to make 45 elemental blasting powder you need:
-12 mote of fire
-24 mote of earth

i have used this guide since 200 and I'm actually ahead in skill than what the guide says i should be.

as a hunter you should make the shell machine as long as you can. you never know when you need then ^.^

Beg/Bribe a fellow Guildie to assist you around the ManaForge in Netherstorm to farm out the Schema for Adamantite Arrow Machine; I found that 2 Fel Iron Bolts and 1 Adamantite bar is way cheaper and more available than Motes of Fire, You will need as many Mote/Primal fire as you can get for other projects.

I stumbled my way to 375 Eng without any guide, Yes.. it was VERY expensive and Time consuming. Scopes and Bullets/Arrows are my only profitable ENG selling Items, Sell 1/2 of my Ore to JC's to maintain my meager bank account as I Chug & Sputter around on my Roflcopter

Some turn grey, but they also provide you the mats you need to do the next set of crafting.

the materials u said got me to 330 and from 279-330 it cost me 1300g.

Great guide. A few of the steps after 300 can be tweaked, but use your head and you will come out a bit cheaper if your spending your gold.

You get all these mats if you level mining at the same time. it costs 0g in mats.

dude 1300g for 279-330 is a bit intense the mats on your server must be extremly expensive. (1-300 should cost under 500g

yeah, thx for taking the time to do this guid . but i gotta tell you its terrribly inaccurate nothing went like you say it does most of the items turn green well before i hit the level you claim i will hit.but i guess its better than the one i made.

after 365 must drop Field Repair Bot 110G schematic from Gan'arg Analyzer (in Blade's Edge Mountains)
Khorium scope schematic is impossible to drop, farmed it for 2 week but didn't drop.
this repair bot cost about 80-100g but schematic drop rate is superb!
i get it after 7 mob :)

Only alliance can get fireworks schematic.

very bad guide imo, i tried to follow it but they always went green & always ended up buying like 2x the mats.

it's better to make the fel iron tool box when your able to learn them (sorry forgot >.<) instead of the muskets to get to 350 only 10 fel iron bars :)

Making the better version of Repair Bots at lvl 360 is good for lvling, and helpful if u raid/dungeon a lot.
