Undisputedly the most popular expansion for World of Warcraft, the Wrath of the Lich King classic servers rolled out on September 26th of 2022. With the traditional Blizzard expansion release, the servers quickly become full and queue times were up on opening day. However, now that everything is settled and everyone is playing are we still having as much fun as we did in the past?

I used to play World of Warcraft 8-12 hours a day and made enough money off my WoW website so that I didn’t have to get a job. So it’s not like I wasn’t used to heavy grinding and time sinks. I also play on some of the Everquest Progression servers and we all know that game is nothing but a time sink.

Blizzard is making some of their sins right again by releasing a classic version of WoW. It is commonly known across World of Warcraft that the game has been on a downfall since the release of the Cataclysm expansion.

Wrath of the Lich King, The Burning Crusade, and Vanilla WoW have been the most popular expansions because they allowed players to have unique characters before they standardized the whole game.
